Financial Marketing has worked as strategic marketing advisory and brand agency for the British Business Bank since its inception. The senior team recognised the importance of creating and sustaining a consistent, integrated organisation-wide approach to brand development and embedding.
Financial Marketing has developed an entire series of workshops for British Business Bank from discovery sessions to create the stakeholder value propositions to fully and deeply embedding the brand. Their core essence, ‘Enabling’ has been the focus of substantial organisational change. The values for British Business Bank were developed from the views and input of colleagues across the organisation and are being embedded through a structured series of workshops and interventions. The values are a foundation for what British Business Bank stands for as a business and will continue to positively shape and unite the culture as it grows. The Values Forum meets monthly, with colleagues from Sheffield and London representing teams across the business.
